Hook hitboxes are broken

so recently I've experienced a lot hooks where it didn't even matter that i tried to dodge because of the hitbox. Riot Twitter Support told me that it could be a latency issue which is not the case in my situation, i have a pretty good connection (speedtest) and a stable 25 to 30 ping.

So i am gonna base my experience off 3 examples, but there were way way more instances of me getting hooked eventhough i dodged.

That is the stupidest hook I've got on a picture or video but I am pretty sure I've experienced more of such hooks: imgur

This picture and videos only included and but there were times where i had to play against and his hooks are stupid too. Often the anchor just dissappears because the animation is already done but the Q still hits somehow, but I've got no video or picture of it, since i usually just take the video or picture if that hook tilts me lol.
