we need an item with QSS for AP Champs
It's getting annoying that 
can just press R on you and you as an AP Champ just stand there and accept your fate

I agree, here is my proposed item:
Moonflair Spellblade
+70 Ability Power +30 Magic Resistance +10% Cooldown Reduction
UNIQUE Active - Quicksilver: Removes all crowd control debuffs and also grants +50% bonus Movement Speed for 1 second (90 second cooldown).
Build Path:
1300g +
850g +
900g + 550g = 3600g
But u know it would make champions like lissandra even more useless
