Max w or e with fizz?

I like e to be on a short cd so i max it first. BUT i don't go str8 into maxing e, usually max em at the same time but e gets maxed first , i go e,w,q,e,w,r,e,w......

e gives wave clear, evasiveness , gap closer, gap opener, it's ur little on a 5 sec cd, you want that in the lowest cd possible.

Also keep in mind that the pace of the game may force u to max e asap, if fights are braking around the map all the time or if enemy jungler camps your lane. If your lane is quiet , you may wanna max w so u have that all in potential.

Be adaptive with your build and ability path.

Fizz top or jungle with attack speed - max W. Fizz mid or top as an AP burst mage max E.

W mainly, but if its a really hard match up you can max e for the wave clear and cd. But for reference fate falls maxes w almost every game.

depends on your situation in lane and your playstyle. maxing W gives stronger extendet trades and better all-in E gives better short trades if you land it and better waveclear, but needs way more mana.

in though matchups, i would max E for waveclear, the just wait under the tower for the wave and clear with E. if you can dominate your lane, W grants far more kill-potential.

for midgamefights, E maxed+cdr makes you really slipery, but maxed W gives higher singletarget damge to assasinate people.

Depends....AD fizz i would max W. AP fizz i would max E. If youre going CDR fizz youd max E also. His E allows him to have insane annoying mobilty so in almost all cases its just better
