Because you claim she's OP, you actually take the time to learn how to counter her. Every new champ seems OP, mostly because you're going in blind with no experience of how to counter the champ.

I think ALL new or heavily reworked champs should be put on a track of PBE for 2 weeks then live servers put it on restricted status for one 2 week patch. Only norms for those first 2 weeks on live. Maybe I want to see how the boards say to counter Neeko before I use my ranked LP as a beta test on a champ I am unfamiliar with. And maybe I don't want a person taking the newbiest champ out on my team in my ranked games.
But in norms? definitely. it is the place to learn these things.

Dynikus1 votesWith Riot opening pbe to anyone with honor 3+, a ton of people have had access to playing with and against her already. Her kit also isn't really that unique aside from her passive and to some extent her W, so I don't see why it would take much time to learn to play against her. She's somewhat of a mix of zyra/lux/morg.

Lady Kill Steel1 votesI have played several games as her and against her, I actually have yet to see her get banned. (Maybe I'm lucky) I personally think Lux did pretty well against her as support. She is actually not as scary as people think.
