Opinion on Xayah's Current Spot (As a Xayah Main)

As the Xayah Main with 28th most mastery points in NA (~440K). I feel that riot is taking a poor direction with Xayah and her "balancing" they have done with her. The main goals with her in lane phase is to use her feathers to CS and poke out enemies. This made her a very strong pick prior to 8.11 crit changes. However, the nerf to her passive which lowered her feather dmg to 30% of her auto dmg lvl 1-6 and 40% from 6-10 and 50% from then on from the 50% all game was very necessary. I am ok with this nerf as she was still a decent pick. Then 8.11 came,with the nerf of ER in 8.11 the play style of xayah became more difficult and less satisfying. This hit her very hard and she sat near the bottom the entire season until they just recently reverted crit items. During this time all the other ADC's that were suffering received buffs to the useful parts of their kits. However, Xayah received a "buff" to the part of her kit that did not really have an important part on game play. This is evident as the changes were made and no change was present in Xayahs Winrate or Tier rating. The main issue was her ability to do what she did prior to 8.11. The ER rush and poke and do some damage with her passive and use abilities more frequently with the ER passives. However, she has been changed back to the ER rush build BUT the nerf to her passive still is felt when you play her today, as every other marksmen that was suffering received buffs that made them satisfying to play again. However Xayah only got a 0.25 increase to her root. An area all Xayah players were fine with to begin with. I feel that the change to make her more viable is to allow her and Rakan to be strong on their own but still have good synergy together and to buff Xayah's passive to the state it was before (50% of her auto dmg per feather instead of the change listed earlier in my post). This would not only allow Xayah to become a stronger pick in lane but also make her more satisfying to play. I understand we may need to trade the 0.25 root duration buff but I would rather the passive revert than the new E Root buff. Hope a riot dev reads this and brings my main back into a mediocre pick. I dont need her to be top tier, just viable to play in solo Q and feel satisfying again as her WR is below 47% percent as of now.
