Why Positional Ranked Queue Sucks.

The main advantages to a positional ranked queues allows the player to have a safety net incise they are auto filled into a role they do not play lots. However, this has easily lead to toxic behavior such as "this is not my role idc if I lose". This is important because the 4 players who are in their main role still suffer the -20 LP while the troll only suffers a -3 LP in their main role. This makes it unsatisfying to play in games where teammates are auto filled. This also sucks for multi role or jack of all trades players. Where they enjoy playing all roles and fill to help better the team, however. This LP is then split among all roles. Making it more difficult to climb, but also discouraging teammates swapping lanes to help an auto filled teammate.
