yas's q not procing braum passive

i noticed today in a game with a yas that his q didn't proc my passive as braum and I'm trying to figure out whether this is a mistake or not. It doesn't really make sense because both yas's q and ez's q proc on hit ability's but while ez's q works with my passive yas's doesn't.

I think it also don't proc PTA

Only the first target hit by Yasuo Q is affected by on-hit effects Therefore Yasuo will only stack Braum passive if it's the first target hit
