Hate Smurfs..Need to better match-making

I simply hate smurfs coz they make the game unfair..its not fair.. I am good at my tier..but not someone who has played league more than 4 times as me..(im 300~ games and theyre usually 1200~).. This game sucks coz of it..i want to play fair..games where I learn not get my ass kicked.. Smurfs joined the game early and now its more difficult to scale coz of you fucktards.. I hate this..its not fair.
