About the rune pages, and upcoming changes.

Hello, i had two questions i was hoping someone would be able to answer about the Rune pages refund, i searched pretty far and i couldnt find an answer to this, so i'm asking myself.

1- As far i understand, i bought two rune pages in a special sale of paying 1 per 2 with rp, This means i will recieve nothing, right? 2-If i buy a rune page Now, will i get the full refund, AND the rune page for the new runes once season is over?
