Banned for "Intentional" Feeding, but wasn't intentional.

EDIT 3: I got an official response right after being in the pit of despair, and got unbanned! thank you all for your support and everything and stuff, i'm overflowing with joy!

after all this i'm getting good or i'm gonna die trying, jeez this whole thing really scared me!

Hello, first of all i'd like to remark that i'm not a very good player, i'm Silver 5, and i'm trying to reach up my way to gold. I am most certainly not a toxic player, i don't report people for just playing bad, i also don't try to flame, but try and help people who fall behind. but i have been banned. I have been banned for Intentional feeding by, just having a bad KDA most certainly i must remark my last game as darius, which went horribly wrong. I ended up 0/14/1. And even more, i picked smite instead of ignite by mistake, truly one of those "real bad days". Even so i still tried my darnest to recover on the game and try ot be useful. But the team was toxic as hell, everyone was insulting each other (not just me), the ADC just out right left the game, and in short it was a complete free win.

well, once the game was over, i kept playing, and i happily won my next game, so LP recovered.

But when ending the match i got the "you have been suspended" message, it was horrifying, and i felt many things. I am genuinely trying to get to gold to get the victorious skin and other season rewards, and not only i have been suspended for 14 days, but now i wont be able to obtain anything and my honor was completely screwed!

I'd like to beg here a bit, and ask for my suspension to be removed. you can check on my history my last games. you can also see my kda is rather bad. i don't have a lot of free time and whenever i do, i try to log in and play a bit, so im rather bad. i'm silver 5 after all

but it's just unfair that because some toxic players report me i must be punished for a bad game! it's "intentional feeding" but it wasnt intentional at all! i never wanted to screw up with my teammates game!

please, this must be a mistake! I try to keep my cool, im not a flamer, i am not toxic, i try to not insult and keep my cool. im not a really good player, i know, but I'm NOT a griefer who screws other people games for fun.

here's a link for the match reason of being banned http://matchhistory.euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/EUW1/3371349706/32450547?tab=overview you can see i was the darius with smite, i know, it could be considered a troll pick, but i swear it was done by mistake. twitch went afk mid match and everyone, including me lost the lane anyway. i was trying to farm but every time i got dived and or killed by yasuo. i'm not a very good player, and i may not make the best choices when playing, but i wasnt feeding **intentionally **at all

and here's my op.gg, which shows that despite my kda being generally bad, i TRY to win doing my best http://euw.op.gg/summoner/userName=palhum

Please, i beg of you to review this case, i have my trust on Riot's Game fair sense of justice.

Edit: adding my reform card, to prove this was the game and reason: https://i.gyazo.com/a4d4d1c215f86a91c4643812dd594c03.png

Edit 2: I recieved a reply yesterday, saying they were investigating the case, and the rioter who replied got added to the top right as the one who would handle my ticket. Today, this morning, it swapped to a different riotter, i thought nothing of it. This afternoon, well. now there's no one.

The ticket won't get ignored right? Man i can't belive this is happening to me after a first offense going straight to 14 day ban...

It’s funny that some Korean guy can troll 200+ games and have a 0% KDA on Tahm Kench and you get banned for a single game :’D

I hope they’ll help you, send a ticket or summon Riot Tantram here so he’ll take a look at your account.

6.1k damage, 89 cs, not building troll or anything.

This should not be a ban whatsoever.

Also- one quick thing. There's a bug with darius right now where if you smite a minion right as your ult damage hits, you get the Noxian Might passive, applying 5 bleed stacks on anything you hit. It doesn't reset your R, but if you want to quickly apply 5 stacks and you have the accuracy to do that kind of timing, go ahead and try it out, its really cheesy but it works

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WUTrdcbp18s&feature=youtu.be There it is ;D

If you wish to contest your punishment, please submit a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and ask them to review your punishment manually.

Based on what I can see in the game mentioned, it does just look like you got steamrolled by the enemy Yas. It's poor strategy to keep opening yourself up to getting wrecked by the laner you're losing to, but there's nothing in the rules against simply not playing well, and that would look to be the case here. Your KDA is terrible, but you actually had the second highest damage on the team, as well as more CS than both your ADC and Jungler, which at least means to me that you were trying.

Unfortunately, there's not much the boards can do to help you unless this thread gets a ton of upvotes and attracts attention of higher-ups (which I've added an upvote in hopes of but don't necessarily have high hopes for). I'd highly recommend submitting a support ticket with the information you've provided here, as well as pointing out what I said above about damage to champions and CS in the game.

@Riot Tantram hey bro your people done goofed. I summon you.

TrulyBland10/9/2017, 4:14:54 AM11 votes

No suspicious death positions. No jungle kills (could point to intentionally stealing your jungler's buffs or something like that). Plenty of CS, at least given your death count.

The most suspicious thing (besides the death count) I can find is the fact that you didn't buy any armor, but that's not exactly an uncommon mistake to make.

Bumped and upvoted. Let's see if we can get a Rioter to clear things up.

you have some pretty gross games man, maybe play more normals before you ranked. That being said, doesn't look like int feed.

Breaku10/8/2017, 8:49:27 PM9 votes

I wish we could see the replay. Getting behind in top lane is pretty awful currently, if you make a few mistakes early and go down an item you're pretty screwed and it's easy to just get constantly ran down. Most of your deaths are at a turret and five are either in your own base or near it so intentional feeding seems unlikely to me, but would need to see the replay to be sure.

ChuShoe10/8/2017, 7:44:00 PM9 votes

89 cs is not the cs of an intentional feeder in a silver 5 20 minute game.

Lanakila Au10/8/2017, 9:13:27 PM8 votes

I believe you, take a look at the match history and where he died. It is almost always under tower, except a couple times where it looks like he got caught trying to ward. If you want to get out of silver, the first thing you have to learn is how to play safe. Once you give up first blood you have to play extremely safe. Its ok to give up CS and just stay in exp range of the minions to not feed. If you get down to below half health, its better to back and give up cs/exp/tower then to give up a kill to your enemy laner. I know it can be hard when your laner gets fed but its really not fair for your teammate to give up that many kills. There is no real excuse for 14 deaths in 20 minutes...

Blossom Dead10/8/2017, 7:06:02 PM6 votes

The problem is that you do die a lot on average. Try to lower the number of deaths per game. Be more defensive and farm more if you or your team mates fed in the early game. Most probably the Darius game hit the nail on the head and triggered the suspension.

EchoZeero10/8/2017, 7:57:19 PM6 votes

I know exactly how you feel. I was banned for feeding too about 2 years ago after a jungle Katarina game went bad. I had bought mobility boots to try and get ganks since I was behind in the jungle for the lack of smite and constant invade. I suspected that the rest of my whole team was premade as they constantly would back out of any fight I would get into, wait for me to die, then either finish the fight or just disengage. I ended up about 0/15/? and got banned instantly after the game, even thought I had never been reported before, never was banned, suspended or chat blocked, and I had at that time 2800+ teamwork honor. One single bad game, a team of premade trolls, and no previous offense, still got suspended for 14 days. They never bothered looking at my previous history to make sense of things. Good luck but I don't think there's anything you can do.

PinkSalt10/8/2017, 8:35:26 PM6 votes

0/14/1 not int? WHAT.

There's this thing to avoid going 0/14/1 and "not" feeding, it's called playing SAFE. LEARN THE STRAT.

{quoted}

But when ending the match i got the "you have been suspended" message

I lost over 20 accounts and there are two things when this happens:

  • 100% automated, which is basically not happening as far as I know, because you MUST be reported by at least one person as far as I know. And as soon as the game ends, there is not enough time to evaluate a report, let alone the time to click and submit. Even when I get the "Your reports caused a punishemnt" popup it often takes 15-20 minutes despite an automated chatlog sweep for a flamer could take only 3 seconds, sometimes I get that popup after the next game immediately after the honour screen.

  • Or: You have been reported in a different game already. Since it takes roughly 12 minutes for me to get banned (yep, I have THAT much experience) on an account that is on the edge, you might have entered a new game while the punishment was issued during your last game, so it was not THAT particular game that get you screwed, just the games before.

What I just also want to mention is that this bad matchmaking does not only create toxicitiy, but also people apparently getting banned for feeding by causing one-sided stomps causing bad stats. Since this matchmaking is rigged and streaks are normal, you have "feeding sprees" to the system with KDAs of 0.2 or such for like 4-5 games. Get reported and voila, there you go. I told that earlier and was shut down by idiots on the boards, apparently it actually happens.

DrCyanide10/8/2017, 6:10:12 PM5 votes

I had a similarly terrible game about 3 months ago, made the worse because it's on my one trick Champion. 0/13/4 as Xerath. It wasn't intentional (truth be told it felt a bit dizzying getting beat so badly), and I didn't get banned, but I was worried about it because of how far below my normal performance it was.

Looking at your game, I see a lot of similarities. I don't think you intentionally fed, so here's hoping a manual review clears things up.

Succubús GF10/9/2017, 7:54:21 AM3 votes

So one game made it an automatic int feed 14 day suspension? Ohh rito logic -.-[sg-lux-2]

The Ecdysiast10/9/2017, 5:37:28 AM2 votes

If you're so ill-prepared to play ranked that you would ever go 0-14-1 as Darius, then the intent was in your decision to play Ranked well before you were ready.

Punishment is sound. It may be called intentional feeding, but the only proof (unless people are dumb enough to say in chat that they're inting) is the outcome. An outcome like that is nearly impossible if all 5 players are connected. Maybe they'll let it slide since your ADC left.

Hoox0rz10/8/2017, 9:05:45 PM1 votes

I don't have time to read your book but I am going to assume you deserved it like everyone else on here.

If you legitimately didn't deserve it then all I can say is I am sorry it happened. The hard truth is Riot is never going to overturn any ban. That would be admitting they were wrong and their egos are too swollen for that.
