Improve remake options please.

I love that it exists, but it needs some changes. I recently had a game where our adc dced at about 1:30, followed by our top at 2:30 ish, and we still couldn't remake, nor was it a loss prevented. Some changes to when you can do it, or reduced LP loss for when you lose with DC's would be fantastic.
