I was trying to buy darkstar thresh for a friend, and when i went to the gifting center i couldnt gift that, despite the fact that i know he owns the champ, and not the skin. I checked by 'trying' to gift it to other friends who also fit the bill and it doesnt show up for them either.
Its currently disabled because of a bug. Rito is making me cry qq
Unfortunately, due to in iin-game bug, we've disabled him both in game and in the shop (we didn't want players buying something they couldn't use). We're working on a fix at the moment, and as soon ass the fix is deployed to live, he'll be added to the shop and available for purchase and gifting.
