I don't know if Riot has already done this, but I'm requesting them to nerf teemo. I hope I can get all your support in achieving this goal.

First - Teemo has insane movement speed (once reaching level 18) and this makes him hard to catch up to. Suggestion (First) - Decrease his base (level 1) movement speed, making it easier for other champs to catch him in-game. Second - Teemo has an exceptional rate of attack speed (even by level 15) and this (combined with his speed) makes him an fast moving killing machine. Suggestion (Second) - Decrease his base (level 1) attack speed, so that you have to commit more effort into making his attacks faster. Third - Teemo's passive gives him an unfair invisibility that other champions don't have. This allows him to hide right in enemy view and go completely undetected. True, Teemo is "THE SWIFT SCOUT" but this passive gives Teemo too much of an advantage in-game. Suggestion (Third) - Change his passive to something more based on ability power, granting him a certain amount of ability power for a small duration when at less than 20% health. This means that he can still be aggressive and enemies stand a chance at killing him.

Wait if you think Teemo's passive is this broken then what do you think of Eve's? Or Akali's shroud for that matter. Yes lets nerf the single worst team fighting champ in the entire game because he is so OP. Ever wonder why you never see Teemo played the LCS? It might be hard to believe but (now here me out here) Teemo is extremely bad. He is literally shut down by even the smallest amount of cc.

"Oh man hes so fast its unfair!"

Vi ult him, Mal ult him, Rammus taunt him, Shen taunt him, Jarven E Q R him. Seriously the list goes on

"His passive is unfair because he goes invisible as long as he doesnt move!"

Eve has this passive but its always on regardless of her moving or not and gives her a bunch of extra mana regen on top of it. Twitch can do this for up to 8 seconds and gets a massive attack speed buff when it ends. Talon can do this and gets a huge movement speed buff and when it ends he shreds you with a bunch of damage. Shaco does this and his next auto is a guaranteed crit.

What even is Azir or Kayle? On top of that what even is Randuins or Frozen Heart?

"He kills people extremely fast and is unfair!"

Zed does this but better. Talon does this better. Akali does this better. Leblanc does this better. Ahri does this better. Kat does this better. Literally every AP assassin does this but way better. Also they have gap closers. Something the extremely squishy Teemo who is reliant only on a movement buff does not have.

"He is extremely broken top lane and is unfair!"

He has no health, is extremely easy to counter build against, offers literally nothing to the team aside from fucking shrooms that can be sweeped out, cant tank, and cant teamfight at all. Meanwhile Maokai can tank, blow up the back line of the team, Give his team a 20% damage reduction, and peel for his carries. Teemo has a shitty blind that only effects auto attacks.

Teemo is not OP. Hes not even good. Anything he does literally other champs can do but better. Stop complaining about a champ that is irrelevant and useless outside of bronze. He offers his team nothing. If he goes top he loses to almost every meta top laner. Including Gnar, Ryze, Renekton, and Maokai.

All of which have abilities that laugh at Teemo's qoute on qoute unfair movement speed. If he goes mid he dies to every assassin mid laner in the game. Leblanc nukes him, Zed harasses him out of lane, and Ahri lands a charm and insta kills him. He belongs nowhere right now and offers nothing.

Im sorry i have to disagree with you. there are many many more champions that can run faster, attack faster than a teemo. Teemo, although annoying as fuck, shouldn't need a nerf

This sounds like a thing that came to mind when u played 1 of the few champs that Teemo shits on in a game.

Teemo is far from needing a nerf. He was pretty well gutted last season when they cut his AP ratio on his Ult in half. He has High Move speed from his W, and atk speed from his Passive. Both only for a few seconds.

When i first started playing League.. I hopped onto the "I HATE TEEMO OMG SATAN" train. Honestly, you just need to play around it. He really isn't THAT Strong.

Why would a champion with so much counter-play need to be nerfed? Sounds like personal bias.
