VEIGAR'S STUN (E)

I personally believe that the duration of veigar's stun should be decreased. I have several reasons why I believe so.

First - Since Veigar's ability power is so high, all he has to do is stun you then button mash all his abilities, leaving you helpless if you don't have something like equipped. Even with equipped, you still can't activate it while stunned. Second - If you get ganked while you are stunned, you are almost guaranteed to die. You can't move or attack.
