Veigar Thresh Kindred Sion Chogath Nasus and now Lissandra

Basically the infinite stackers do since you cant get higher than infinity. They scale regardless of items, levels, or synergies. Just give them time and they will 1 shot anyone (unless you are Sion).

These are all base stats, so it disregards masteries, runes, items, passive and active abilities.

Highest Base Movement Speed at level 18: Cassiopeia (400 MS)

Highest Base Attack Speed at level 18: Vayne (1.105 AS)

Highest Base Attack Damage at level 18: Mordekaiser (146 AD)

Highest Base Armor at level 18: Rammus (104.484 Armor)

Highest Base Magic Resist at level 18: Mega Gnar (67.5 MR)

Highest Base Hit Points at level 18: Alistar (2415.36 HP)

Highest Base Health Regeneration at level 18: Heimerdinger (40.8 HP per 5 seconds)

Ability Power is a stat that is not gained through base stats but masteries, runes and items.

The only thing that makes me feel like a juggernaut is how impossibly slow Morde is and how I MUST use MS runes and items just to get enough speed to stick to my enemies.

To me, Morde is hybrid melee carry. He is basically a slow yas, but instead of multiplying crit, you do your burst by multiplying your hydride damages.

Morde has hidden power and HIDDEN RANGE, yes, hidden range: 1000 range on w, global ult burn, range on carry ghosts plus thier normal range, and infinite range on dragon, not to mention 625 range on E.

Morde is a melee carry, not a juggernaut

Morde is a juggernaut for two reasons.

1: He has poor tools to keep up with / catch someone. The weakness of Juggernauts is that they struggle to stick and are vulnerable to kiting, this is never more true than with Morde.

2: He has bat-fucking-insane damage if not dealt with. If you let morde triple Q you, you're gonna have a bad time. Juggernaut melee are characterized by needing to be in melee for some time, but REALLY fucking up your day if they get to stay there for the prerequisite amount of time.
