Since it was changed to have a delay effect before its formed can you add a slow effect to those are are inside it when its formed, so they chose either being slowed inside it or being stunned on the wall, or if not that increase the size of veigar's W, cause even once u manage to trap someone the W takes forever to fall that they dodge it with simple side step the area of effect is so minimal for the mana cost.

No one can instadelete like a well played Veigar, he has a high skillfloor and ceiling, but that's just good, otherwise everyone would roflstomp for the freelo with him. Just my opinion.
Raxxxus1 votesYea i tried him agian earlier today, and ran into the issue i was talking about-ezreal and his E, I was getting ezreal like bam right on it but nope he just E's and he's gone, the other issue i noticed is veigar cant do anything vs a a fighter champion with alot of health like aatrox, cause even if you poke at him hard with veigar Q aatrox just AA 3 times and hes fully healed, if you ask me ap champions need a stonger means to deal with fighters/tanks cause poking doesn't do squat to them cause they either insta recover with their AA or they take like 1/6th the damage even though your full ap build with ap pen items too, and i have seen people be unkillable with just 2 items mid game but at the same time i build full tank build and just get dropped in 3 sec most times. but still my point is buff ranged ap champions its much needed, except on lux she ult spams enough to make up for her lack of skill needed to play.
