Converting you IP into RP

Here is a new idea pitch for Riot. Please share and thumbs up if you like this idea!

I think it would be rewarding for players who do not have anything to spend IP on, to be able to "buy" RP with their IP. It could be another item then could buy in the store. I know Riot needs to make money, but maybe $5 worth of RP could be bought with 25,000 or 50,000 IP. It is a large enough amount that Riot won't be giving away tons on RP, but still gives the player who does not have anything to spend IP an option.
