[Gameplay] Rek'sai Bug: Can't cast any abilities

I was playing my second game as Rek'sai and doing well (8/2/5) until this bug occurred. My team was at dragon with tunnels from me and the enemy team's Rek'sai in Dragon pit. A dragon fight broke out and my team won it. I stepped on the enemy Rek'sai's tunnel and broke it, then tried to click my tunnel to go through it. I started the tunnel animation, but stayed in the dragon pit and didn't travel. I wasn't sure what happened, so i tried to go under ground(W) and couldn't...... I tried to recall also, and couldn't. I couldn't cast any spell: abilities, summoner spells, recall, smart cast items, nothing. I thought maybe it was my keyboard, but i could still type messages in team chat with no issues. I also tried reconnecting to the game hoping it would fix the issue. it didn't. Please fix Riot. I have only had this happen once, but I have only played 2 games with Rek'sai. I will not play another til I know bug is fixed.
