new champs & animation canceling

I noticed that with lots of the new champions and reworks, there are no possibilities of animation canceling during most animations and with most new dashes you cannot flash during the dash to move the location of impact (except camille), this is a shame really, because it lowers the skill cap of many new champions. I would love to be able to use kayn q and then flash during it to change the location of impact and dealing damage when someone didnt expect it, but you cant and that should be different in my opinion
