Was a s2 supp, demoted but am good. Looking for a duo

well support games are hard to judge but support swain isnt a good pick to start, then when you do play other roles like top in your last game you had 115 cs in 25 min which is really low. Your vayne game had 165 in 35 min (good farm for lanes is ~70 @ 10 min, ~125 @ 15 min, ~170 @20 min). Focus on farming and vision so you dont get ganked as much. Also narrow down your champion pool you are all across the board, its easier to play 5-10 champions (2 per role is what I aim for). Once you do that you will start to climb a bit better. Key things I picked up on last season are objectives > CS > kills. Notice how kills are last, in low elo like we are you will be better than your opponent if you have more gold just by out farming and objectives. The other thing I try and do is after a team fight you win notice what objective you can take easily then back. No need to turret dive at our level since it will most likely result in death. As an ADC main its really easy to get my team to back though because I just walk away after the objective taken if death timers are low after 20 min since they have homeguards and can run to 2nd tear turret in a few seconds.

Edit: also just copy pro builds and runes its easier since thats what they do for a living
