zed got a reset on r..?

so i was kayle and zed ulti'd in their jg when i did a noob chase went untargetable to not die to me since he was 1 aa from dead and his team showed up. shoulda expected but im tired, well in the time he ran from his blue buff to his mid t2 he ulti'd again. i think it was within 20 seconds. so either theres a bug to be abused or he gets a reset on r under certain circumstances not sure. but i lived during kayle ult while i was ulti'd by him so he defintely landed with his mark on me. his mark didnt do dmg tho becuase i died within 2 seconds. not 3.
