soloQ being a majority

all these posts about majority/minority make no sense.

im highly certain the majority of people dont want to work really hard to get to decent elo.

if the government said: well give everyone a million dollars for free and you can all be rich, people who are poor would want that. they dont have much to lose by ruining the value of money because they have none. they wouldnt understand that printing 1 million dollars for everyone would actually make money worthless and kill the economy in like a year or probably less. even if they did, the economy doesnt benefit them much and a reset actually would help them more.

change the money in this to league skill: and the poor people to casuals.

they want to play casually and still get the benifits of being high elo that someone would usually have to give up doing other things to make them play non casually to achieve. it takes TIME of the day to master various skills. just like learning to play guitar would take up your time, so does learning things on lol.

what happens when all the hardcore players that the casuals treat like mini celebs leave?

casuals find a new game.
