Triforce, Hydra, Sterak's and itemization

I'm a Camille main and like most bruisers, item 3078, item 3053 and item 3748 / item 3074 are the typical bruiser holy trinity since you get a better sheen proc off Sterak's and the nice AA reset of Titanic, but I'm just unsure about the build order.

On a generic Camille game (not including boots or anything else), my build order would be something like; item 3077 >>> item 3078 >>>item 3053>>> item 3748 or item 3078 >>>item 3077 >>>item 3053 >>>item 3748

I roughly understand the use for each item. Triforce for the great all-around stats, Sterak's for the nice tankiness+damage and tiamet for the waveclear. I see most bruisers rush Triforce into either of the previous items but then I see someone like Fiora who rushes item 3074 before getting Triforce. I would imagine this is for the waveclear as she's a great split-pusher. Would I rush my complete hydra item if I want a big waveclear buff and pushing power for an early tower. I just want clarification on these stats and items as I'm not completely sure at what times I want what.

Since the Trinity Force is so expensive, I would generally recommend rushing it first given how cost efficient it is. Afterwards, you can get a Tiamat upgrade of your choice. I would recommend the Titanic Hydra since it does more damage and makes you tankier, but of course the Ravenous Hydra works too assuming that you would rather have the sustain instead. After that build a Steracks, and for your final items build depending on what you need most. Now then, as for Fiora, she tends to rush the Ravenous Hydra because she does a lot of damage naturally, and can therefore afford to rush it. Most other bruisers however can't afford to do this, so she is a rare exception.

Why is it beneficial for Fiora to rush ravenous hydra tho? It's just to pretty much stack damage right?

I'm also still unsure when I want Attack speed over lifesteal and vice-versa.

Generally, the Triforce is the better item to rush. The reason why you almost always see a Fiora rush item 3074 is because the sustain and waveclear makes her so much harder to duel and force out of lane. Most bruisers don't benefit from rushing this item the same way she does. She's sort of like the Shaco of top lane in the sense that you build her a little differently than you would other champions in the same class.
