No Blue Essence After Matches?

Does any one else highly dislike that you don't get blue essence after a winning or losing a game? Lots of changes recently that making league kind of annoying to play now, from unwanted skin changes to champion reworks that ruin or will ruin champs that are fine as is. This no essence after matches though really ticks me off though just because it feels like you have to spend money to buy champions now instead of being able to work and farm out the essence to buy them.

The new system helps everyone unlock champions faster. If it bothers you that much, I think if you send a support ticket they can remove some of your essence for you so it feels similar to how it was.

Yeah, it's so hard. I remember getting 60 ip every match (that i won)

Honestly, this way is way better. It is annoying to have 40 essence less than what you need, but at the same time, you can buy champs directly from shards for waaaay cheaper. Also, I don't have a problem with buying champions now. I'm sitting with at least 8k essence, with quite a lot of champs. Keep playing and keep leveling up.

See the problem is leveling up takes quite a while especially when you start to become higher level. Now for example lets say i do level up (after about 10 games for example) and i receive a capsule like usual, i don't know how the champion select from the capsule is set up but if you level up and then get a champion I already have like Nasus the only options i have are: 1. keep shard to use to rank up mastery. 2. Disenchant to receive blue essence. The problem here is the following for a nasus shard you only receive 270 blue essence if i was in the previous system i would have at least 500 blue essence plus that nasus shard as a bonus instead of the measly 270.

And people wonder why DotA is way better.. all heroes/champs unlock with no shady gimmick and locking them behind a stupid paywall.

New players can purchase a hero that they have no clue about but is interested, only to see it's totally not to their taste since they can't demo it unless they unlock it. Oh too bad you wasted that previous early BE, have fun grinding.
