Viktor death ray needs some reworking or balancing, needing 4200 gold to even have a chance of landing second half. All burst from his kit has been removed, with changes to ultimate and death ray.

Maybe if I didn't main Viktor and miss the days where his item gave 99 ability power and could only upgrade 1 ability.

I'm with you, but the traders to Viktor are out in force cheering on his diminution. It's like JAyce players got to the viktor players and are trying to destroy him from within.
