thoughts on gettin quinn and all range champs out of top lane? or some kind of exp reduction? never been fair since it became meta.
when someone locks darius and im top i go vayne with exhaust and rush frozen mallet, doing to darius what he does to melee is always a pleasure.
Darius mains will not get any sympathy from me. You pick a champion that straight up bullies almost every single melee threatening death upon even walking up to a creep for cs, and then cry when someone goes Ranged vs you. "They have an advantage.... i can't bully them, although i can 100-0 if they ever make a mistake - still it's no fair unless i can always blind pick Darius and win"

The thing with top lane is it is the biggest "counter pick" lane in the game. I really feel like junglers need to give more attention to top lane, even if it means I get less ganks bot lane.
Because top lane feels so isolated, if a pick has a strong match-up, it gets even further noticed. He still fed and played badly, but there is nothing he can do in that lane if they are both of equal skill.
Ranged tops are high risk, high reward, usually. There are exceptions, of course, like Jayce, who has a relatively low risk laning phase, but for the most part it's true. You get to abuse melee up until they back once or twice, at which point some one like Darius is going to push for an all in as opposed to being poked out. People that can't properly get away from this are fairly screwed, which is why I'd usually only recommend going ranged top laners with an escape, like Gnar. Coming from a Darius main, Teemo is one of the easiest lanes for me, because his only saving grace is a blind and some movespeed. He can't tumble away or condemn me into a wall like Vayne, or vault off of me like Quinn, and his auto range is barely longer than my E range, meaning it's not particularly difficult to hook him, and with Darius' sticking power he isn't getting away without flash.
Sad thing is a single Q blade means Quinn loses the trade.
Yes I can dodge it with E but then I have nothing to get out of your E, except kite out of it.

quinn should be changed, her ult forces her away from being an adc, but ad marksmen in places other than bot are just cancer for all around them
i main teemo , i can't wait to find a darius and torture him with my blind , poison and my lovely shrooms .

Honestly Riot should reduce Quinn's AA range so that it's within her nearsight range, or nerf her ult so that she can't use it outside of base.
ADCs are beyond broken right now (all of them should get nerfed into the dirt, perhaps we give them something similar to the Kalista treatment and reduce their AA damage by 40%) and it's only compounded by the fact that Quinn can roam so easily with her ult.
