Pretty sure Windspeaker's is for healing that you do to other people, not yourself.
You can get 20% of your healing back by buying Spirit Visage...just go Grasp of the undying
Uh. What? I am being forced to puzzle out what your intent of the thread is.
Windspeaker's blessing does not apply to self healing and is not relevant to making her do anything and only runic armor would buff the heal but it wouldn't make the 5% become 8%.
Instead likely it is like this. Q proc for heal, 5% of missing health + 108% of THAT number which would rarely increase the heal more than 15, super late game, on hp per application unless there is some seriously stupid hp stacking going on. For example, illaoi lands Q while missing 1000 hp, 5% of 1000 is 50, 50 * 1.08(Runic Armor) = 54, a whole difference of...4.
