one of Olaf's big problem is that he use too much mana bc of his q so can Riot make him as a health cost champ?

Miudmon1 votesthat would remove one of his main weaknesses and allow him to have essentaily a permaslow if hes decent enougth,, something riot hates. he is already decent enougth to be picked now and then in Worlds as well, so doing so would require large nerfs to his kit overall, which im sure you dont want
