Bond of Stone is really good on tank supports such as Braum.
Strength of Ages is great on junglers such as Mundo.
However, in a solo 1 v 1 lane scenario, Grasp of the Undying beats every other keystone mastery by far.
There are countless videos about how powerful this perk is, as well, GOTUD was picked almost 100% of the time in the All-Star 1v1s.
If you go solo lane, and want to play a tank, pick Grasp.
3% of your maximum HP might not feel like much, but on a champion such as Illaoi or Olaf who is going to stack HP anyway, it adds up over time.
In lane, it is extremely difficult to trade against someone with Grasp. The mastery essentially guarantees a 6% maximum health difference in short trades. With a low CD of 4 seconds, it becomes a battle of attrition with whoever with Grasp of the Undying coming out on top.
However, it does fall off tremendously as the game progresses. For champions who cannot utilize it often in the early game, such as all melee tank supports, tank junglers, and some champions such as Nasus who cares more about scaling to the late game, it is better to take the other 2 masteries.
