About The Current PBE Changes

I know everything on the PBE is subject to change, and might not even be implemented, but I think Riot is making a huge mistake with their balancing.

While, yes, they are nerfing one or two champions, overall it appears that they're buffing all the champions that are currently "weak." This is exactly the opposite of what they should do. People, myself included, or sick of all the damage, sick of 20 minute games. Instead of buffing champions, why don't you nerf the champions that actually need them instead, the bruisers and assassins, as well as their runes. It would bring balance and possibly help games last a little while longer.
