Runic Echo on Midlaners
What do people think about runic echo being used on mid laners, like early ruinglave. I've tried a few AP 
mid games with it, and I think it's alright. What does everyone else think?

Why not just buy Ludens?
Buying Runic Echo on Ez isn't same as runeglaive, however, a champion with a nice skillshot range can buy runic echo, Q spell on wraith camps and get the mana per missing mana %, and continue to harass, so i beleive someone thought about it.
The only thing i would see is someone having mana issues, using a spell on the wraith camp, get mana back and continue laning, otherwise i don't know, maybe for the challenging smite( red one ) or the chilling smite ( blue one ) for the slow, or damage reduction and true damage per second.
