How good is the new champion 'Jhin'?

Here is a list of good and bad things about the champion Jhin.

How he is good:

Has a lot of burst. Has decent wave clear and poke. Is kind of moblie. KIND OF. Can get some pretty good damage early on.

How he is bad:

Reloading time is terrible. Has a pretty confusing kit. Gets blown up in teamfights (unless he is in the back lines). Can't do a whole lot with his 'E'. Can't help his team as much as a lot of other champions.

From what I've seen he seems strong, but his ult is a difficult to use and could use some qol changes.

He's out on PBE now. Check this thread for people talking about his balance.

Apparently, he can currently stack traps like old AP Caitlyn used to be able to do. Except his traps scale with AD and do a lot more damage, and he can put down 5-6 of them. That'll probably get patched out before it hits live.
