Really. It just hit us out of nowhere. It's also unfair to champs that use a lot of mana like Viegar, Cassiopia, Jayce, Kayle, Yorick, and more.

Because Riot is a bunch of idiots. That's why.

For mana hungry mages I would recommend the cunning masteries for the mana regen... in the end sometimes it may be stronger then ferocity .. my friend plays Annie and he has 2 different AP masteries for testing in ferocity and cunning, I asked him whats better he said cunning,.

I would like to know just as much as you do. It helps champs who are diverse, some champs like healers benefit more by bringing mana pots and not health pots. Riot says it's unbalancing somehow after 6 years of having mana pots, this is something that game developers at smite and dota will laugh at. I honestly think that the game developers put this patch together while they were extremely high

they removed mana pots so as a mana user u can have options in masteries. . .like being forced to go cunning to get the mana regen. love those options riot gave u as a mana user? dont worry no one else does either

Because they weren't useful on manaless champs.
