Tribunal

Does anyone know when the tribunal is coming back? I'm not asking about my cases, I know I'm toxic. What I am tired of is people who abuse the system and simply report everyone in the match when they lose because the system is flawed. In 90% of games, I see people screaming "Report ____". Even in games where I don't say anything, I get reported. This is some grade A bullshit.
