thoughts on Runes Reforged

Ok, so I'v watched the video and done abit of reading on this and overall I'd have to say i'm not too happy about the change, runes are the only thing keeping this game interesting to me now. I own all the champs, skins, and TONS of icons. This is one of the only things I have left to spend IP on, besides the occasional Icon. I know a bunch of players that have been playing a long time have this problem as well, there is too much IP and not enough to spend it on, I understand that competitively having access to every resource is important, but having access to absolutely everything except lvl 7 on every character is just boring. It makes norms feel boring and worthless. "hey wanna go play a game mode that is almost identical to the one you've been playing, but the players are worse and you get nothing out of it" OF COURSE NOT, not unless i'm practicing.....oh wait, there's a tool for that now.

In closing I think Overall I'm not ok with the change, but I might be if there was something to buy with IP besides another gosh dang champion shard to add to the 32 I already have from boxes

I do come with a suggestion though! what if there was some sort of skin you could buy for IP (or RP i get it) ONLY if you had mastery 7 on the champion? like nothing fancy, just something that changes it up enough to be different, but slightly more than a chroma. (like phantom karthus, or golden alistar)
