how to get better

i recently got to plat and i heard it's hell in this elo. Is there any way i can get better as a player and mechanically to climb out or at least escape the hell divisions?

All i can say is no matter if u are plat v all the way to diamond 3 its all bad

Dont get full of yourself and watch your own replays to see what you could have done better
