This is not just lengthy it's a full report so i understand their response and its honestly reasonable. Just by breezing through it and reading as much as i could in 5 minutes I can only have one response. People, just humanity in general is toxic. A gaming community as large as LoL has become must consider this. To take immediate action on every toxic player in the game would honestly just be too much for the size of the community. I understand where you are coming from, wanting a healthier community, but it is realistically not possible. Being banned, leaver-buster ques, and restrictions on acc's is as far as Riot can really punish a player. You want a healthier community, as I agree I feel it is just not possibly. The community is too large especially at lower ELO and humanity is as it will always be, toxic.
