There needs to be a MASSIVE penalty to people who refuse/dont swap in lobby. Just had someone say they'd pick jungle graves for me and wanted me to get them sivir and then the afk'd but then wouldnt cooperate so I had to jungle sivir, and then because they were a trio(because of how amazing dynamic queue is!) I get all the blame for the enemy jungle and lanes constantly coming into jungle knowing I cant do anything, and they wouldnt come fight.

Slythion3 votesEh, about a year or so. The point is that you shouldn't be blaming the victim, champion trades are a real aspect of league that I use fairly often with random teammates. I don't agree with his idea of punished people who don't want to swap, but I agree with how he is upset that trolls like that get to walk free due to being qued with the rest of the team. It's frustrating for solo players, as we have almost no say anymore. Hell, we (solo players) don't even get an equal chance at getting key fragments from the crafting system. League is pushing solo players out, this post is just an effect from the cause (which is League not caring about solo players).
TL;DR: League has stopped caring about solo players and this post is just an example of how unfair the reporting system is with solo players having no say against the qued teams. You shouldn't blame the victim, you should be looking for a solution to stop the ones at fault

Which is why you need to be able to report and show Lobby chat. Easy enough proof in that circumstance.
