He's just like old GP just more awful and less damage. Chaining barrels is not even worth the forethought required. Congratulations, you do an auto attack's worth of damage in a AOE. Or just get a hydra and heal yourself for it. Only thing it's good for is farming Parrrley, and still not worth losing Raise Morale for this shitty spell.
Are you kidding me? Later on, his barrels do 75% of the enemy's health with a massive slow. He can farm up almost 2000 gold with his Q and E.
His passive has RIDICULOUS true damage, which scales with 125% of his bonus AD. Parrley does the same damage it did before, and farms better. His W is X+15% of missing health, which is retarded, and his E amplifies the damage of any attack done to it. Including a 1200 damage Parrley. That with SS makes it do near 1600 at full build. Pretty fucking ridiculous. If you farm his ult and get all 3 upgrades then you absolutely murder people, there's even an upgrade for a second true damage nuke.

LOL Are you kidding me? The new GP is so amazing.. I HATED GP before.. I absolutely love him now. The barrels are amazing too, you can use then to zone or vision and they do alloot of dmg.. Takes a bit of skill and getting used to to, but once you do.. oooo weeee. I go GP mid because he doesnt have escapes and I feel hes really vulnerable to ganks. You can upgrade his ulti.. His passive is better.. Almost everything about him is changed. TOp 10 favs already. Gj Riot!
