Jayce overnerfed

Those PBE nerfs are way too much, and are unnecessary, I just went on the PBE and I couldn't 3 shot an advanced bot Veigar with full build and a fury pot or whatever that's called, that's how bad it is, I'm not exaggerating. Basically Hyper Charge feels absolutely useless (Nobody should level it second if these nerfs go through) until you have a lot of AD and even then it's not good enough damage considering you have to be at 550 range to use it while being incredibly squishy. Not to mention IE got nerfed in the same PBE patch, that alone should lower his power a bit as well. Sure. he has really strong poke but he has to use two abilities to make use of it and if it misses he has to wait way more time than other champs to make use of it again (Ziggs/Ori/Nid) and it doesn't shred through frontlines like other types of poke. He has no ultimate, no mobility and pretty short range(Bar gated Q), the usage of most of his abilities in teamfights is limited since he itemizes full AD and can't dive without exploding due to his lack of escapes. The last nerf was necessary since it was silly that he downright had 2.5 as up pretty much all the time without any downsides but this one nerf is just a gutting to his damage mid and late game while the previous nerf hurt his early tear stacking pretty badly and made Jayce players have to use Hyper Charge sparingly. He is no stronger or no more cancerous than most of the other big mid picks. He has no mobility, his waveclear while good has to be aimed and is more resource/cooldown limited than others and can't stall games forever like others. If he falls behind his utility is kinda limited. A missed skillshot can prove fatal and a jungle gank can just ruin his lane unlike a ton of other champs. He's not weak by any means but I feel like these nerfs are unnecessary and just go too far, if these nerfs go through he'll never be picked competitively again and in soloq he'll be outclassed by pretty much anyone.

Sure some of you might think it's annoying how he's so popular in soloq and how you have to face them often but no champion deserves a complete gutting like this no matter how much you hate them.
