Whats going on with championselect?

Its one thing that its buggy and there is always a problem with it 2 out of 10 games, but i am like alpha client coming out probably Riot works on it, and the current one is a bit ignored. But recently i get into ranked games where my support is a mid main, our jungle is adc main and our adc is a support main. Apart from one player in the enemy team they are playing their main role? If riot gives you the option to select your 2 best roles to play stop playing roles that you have no idea how to play, players on their main role will know how to play that role from behind, but if you dont you will be useless and lose the game for your team and for yourself, Guys please stop playing roles you usually dont play in ranked.
