Compromise between Soloq and Dynamicq

About two weeks ago Riot announced that they will not bring back soloq and they make adjustments for higher elo (diamond and above) For example Max 3 players can q up and there is a strict limitation how much tier difference is possible between the lowest and highest ranked players. Now it is nice but diamond and above is only 1 percent of the players so what about the 99%?! My recommendation is to implement this change to lower elos as well and bring back Ranked5s . even as only a gold player i have bad experiences to play against a 5 man also i had games when a silver5 player qed up with his gold1 friend, the way it balanced out was we were all gold5s but the enemy team had all gold5s and 1 silver2. and it was really frustrating that we lost because of the Hecarim couldnt play at a low gold lv but its normal because he was silver5. This way i feel it would be a little bit closer games because for me my games are not close anymore, my games are too one sided we lose hard or win hard, Not fun at all.
