Suggestion to make veigar more viable

So first time posting gonna try not to make it horrible, but I want to talk about veigar and his now somewhat lacking kit.

I'm sure there have been many of these post, but I do love veigar and think he is a very strong character ( and has one of the best skins in the game) however with his changes to his Q, and E its very hard to do what he was once able to do. Don't get me wrong he can still 100->0 carries but the lane phase is still extremely difficult to get a lead or stay on-par with your opponent. You don't exactly have the best poke in the game because you have to farm with it, yes I know you can farm a creep and still hit an enemy champ with your Q but the hit-box is wacky. His W is easily evadable, and his E...well you know the deal with that thing.

So I want to suggest some changes to his kit, not major changes but something to give him a better feel than this linear combo that you do everytime to try and get damage on an enemy. First his E- I did some slight fast research off the top of my head and i believe veigar is the only champion in the game who's stun is so widespread and doesnt have some kind of dmg/utility. Viktor's stun has a slow after its delayed deploy and when upgraded can pull targets to the center which is a great utility because his mass AoE Silencing ultimate and his huge burst with his lazar. other champions with stuns all have utility or damage as well, cass. which slows you if it doesn't stun, bruam who's target takes additional dmg, Tahm, etc etc. Only champion with a non-dmg "stun" i guess you could say is Bard but thats debatable.

E change- After casting Event Horizon, while the wall is still active if you cast Dark Matter (W) into the zone, the initial drop zone takes 100% dmg however after impacting the ground it creates an energy wave that deals 50% dmg all insides the box/walled area. This would greatly improve his E because its only use is making people run in circles or stunning them if they run into the wall. This also allows more potential to burst carries that get stuck in the E area sense W has 100% AP scaling even at 50% it will still do good dmg. W- Honestly maybe just a quicker cast/drop time per level in the ability Q- Nothing much to say here, its a farming ability so you can stack AP, while building items. But my one general complaint with the way it works now is that if you do catch your lane opponent out because of a mistake with your E and it short stun time in the early levels+your bad movespeed it hard to get around creeps to hit them with your Q, its easy enough to hit them W but your Q is what your maxing first so its kind of hard to win trades. Q ( scratched idea)- I thought of this idea with the W change but decided it be to crazy but ill include it anyway just in case, when casting Q through the E stun wall, if it hits another wall it causes the Q to bounce around in the box at angels depending on the casting angel. So it basically makes it harder to dodge the Q when your trapped in the box, opponents cant be hit more than 2 times by the same Q and Q bounces as long as the wall persist. R-Keep it the same however a few ideas for utility

  1. Enemies hit with primordial Burst are marked, if veigar cast Q at the marked target, it blinks to a few particles in front of them before continuing to move. This changes up the burst pattern abit and allows you to burst in lane without worrying about minions and the wacky hitbox
  2. Change the +80% of the targets AP as magic damage to true dmg, cause screw you magic resist. ( this is just a joke at RIOT giving everyone true dmg lately, looking at you Garen, Fiora)
  3. Just keep it as is i'm fine with that

So these are just my thoughts to help bring back a champion I want to see be viable again, feedback is always welcome.
