Mordekaiser on Twisted Treelines

To the few Twisted Treelines players out there, what are you starting on the new Mordekaiser?

Currently it recommends as your starting items, but I can't help but feel like this isn't super efficient unless you're doing a support meta or getting visited by your jungler quite often while in a solo lane.

I've only tested him in with Jungle meta so far, but I've been doing a double start with a health pot or doing if I'm versus a lot of poke, but I have no idea how ideal this is quite yet. I'm still experimenting, but figured I'd ask for the community's thoughts too if they'd be so kind!

Bonus Question for those willing: How well does Mordekaiser fit into various comps in TT? He seems like a competent Carry for the Support Meta and a halfway decent Jungler for a Jungle Meta, and he seems to be a decent pick as a solo laner in a Jungle Meta comp to me, but this is only after very limited experience with him on Twisted Treelines so far. Unsure how well he fits as a bottom laner in the Support Meta, but I intend to try it out at some point if a reasonable opportunity comes up. ^^;
