How it feels playing as Zilean

I don't miss the old Zilean (no play on words XD). Old Zilean was binary and annoying to play against, but now He's so depressing to play as.

HIs Q is skillshot, like it has to be, IMHO. Landing a bomb when the opponents have no boots is hard, but not impossible. However, hell, when they get boots or have some sorts of dash, you can do sh** about it. If you want some chances to land at least 1 bomb, you have to E->Q->W->Q. This combo is pretty effective IMO, but you can do it only one or two times because It will drain your mana quickly, and the stun isn't guaranted at all after this wastefulness of mana. Really, I'm depressed when I try to catch em with two bombs, but you end up landing both to the ground or a minion. Then, do we want to talk about his E. His E was ok before his rework. I prefer a longer duration than a castrated version that's gutted by the movement speed cap. Besides, his passive and W are pretty useless. His Q could have an ammo system and his pick up radius scale with Zilean levels, so you don't need this W. His E need to be reverted, maybe giving it a little less CD later on levels. Anyway, you never max it first. His power spike is good at lv6, but when you have to use your ulti, you don't have mana because your mana costs on R wasn't normalized.

Zilean is definetevely playable, but there's not a single reason to pick him outside his ult. I mean, Zilean ult is good because is point-and-click, but he has no kit. Other champions can use their kit at 100% and use their ult.
