ADCs that needs to be buffed and nerfed

Currently God tier adcs are Cait, Twitch and Draven People who mains adc will know that these three are broken and even permabanned on KR server Plat +(See source link) constantly hitting 53% winrate. Caityln is really toxic to play against. Range, Headshot dmg on W and E and lifesteal from Blood lust is really torture. Even if i poke cait with few AAs she just lifesteals with Bloodlust and use trapps behind turrets where you cant see.

Draven was strong from the time he came out but reason he is banned is due to death dance. Riot should balance this item or Draven's Q. I know Draven is hard to play compared to other adcs, and I'm not asking to nerf his Q but there should be ways to play against draven in early levels as it is hard to win in lane unless you call jgler for help. I dont think there is a adc that could win draven under the circumstance that both adc and support have same skill level.

Twitch should not have bonus attack speed after his stealth. This result huge damage buff from his ult. I personally dont know about draven as it does not have high picks but twitch and cait should be balanced in some ways as they both have high winrates as well as high rate of picks.

ADC that needs buff Corki, sivir, Ezreal, Jinx(should consider) All these adcs are barealy seen or very weak in lane phase. I personally think that current adc meta is the one who has strong lane phase

Corki is not even played as ADC right now. It has 0% pick rate https://na.op.gg/champion/statistics

Sivir is same as corki, havent seen him in rank lately. I personally think they should remake her passive as it is just useless.

I will skip Ez as riot stated that they will buff him

Jinx, now i think playing as jinx is gambling. Either you stomp lane or get stomped. People have said that Jinx is hyer carry and has strong late game. I dont think there is late game for her if she gets trashed in lane. She currently has very weak lane phase, and considered trash adc compared to Cait, Kalista, Ashe, Varus etc.

You know what is fun about Jinx?

If you take a look at her "Champion spotligth", she was supposed to be a lane bully that loses power as the game goes on. But after suffering a dozen nerfs and countless changes in ítems, now she has a weak lane phase and is only powerful when she has 3 or 4 ítems.

Total nonsense changes.

you seriously think corki needs a buff? Nerf the strong adcs to put them in line with the rest of the "shitty" ones. The "shitty" adcs are powercreeped out, they're not bad.

Jinx is no longer a hyper carry. She can get resets but is massively outclassed by the trinity. The trinity are also good in lane(minus maybe twitch) and have decent mid games.

Ezreal- He needs a rework at this point. There are no reasons to preserve Ap ez mid picks. He definitely needs it if Botrk changes. Sadly, his power is tied closer to on hit items than anyone.

Sivir- she still fills her design purpose, nothing wrong with her kit outside of boredom

Botrk, DD and other items need to become melee only. Zero reason to allow adcs to build these.

Yes to all but please do not buff Jinx, she is just a more damage - less safety version of Cait whose only positive aspect is that she actually has a bad early game, but once the late game comes the AOE crits are the dumbest things in the world.
