Client Language Support

Why cant i patch it to change it to other language? There is no fuking negative sides of it, why block it? There are people who play NA server with that their first language is not english. Dont tell me to play in my own server, cause i live in US.

Almost every game these days offers every language riot...even if they dont, they gives you subtitiles for ur games
