So is anyone else getting problems with the game and client on every patch?

This started about August of last year, and it's just been a recurring problem since.

Almost every patch, like clockwork, there will be connectivity issues for the first week or so, which will be resolved in the last few days of the patch. Then, the next patch rolls out, and this time there's a different but similarly obnoxious issue with the client.

The connectivity issues include recurring loading screen crashes, the loading screen staying at 100% but not progressing into the game, or the loading screen just stays black. Occasionally, I just won't be able to rejoin the game at all, because it just keeps crashing over and over. And on top of that, my frames have dropped to about 12-16 for the majority of the games starting this patch. Like for God's sake, my graphics are on Low and Medium on everything, and have been for over a year.

Should I just re-install the client or is this a problem for anyone else? It's gotten me several leaverbusters since it began, and it's pretty much preventing me from playing the game nearly as much as I use to (which I'm convinced is for the better, given the current state).
