Rebalancing/reworking kits like the way Irelia was rebalanced

I honestly want to congratulate Riot for finally getting Irelia into a state where I consider her healthy, still fun to play and can find success, and a pretty good ban ratio considering she was permabanned a few patches ago. It did take a couple of months of rebalancing, but she honestly feels really good right now to play and doesn't seem to be the victim of high banrate, with the banrate being 13% which is 24th of all the champions. I am still a little sad about the W no longer blocking magic damage since I mainly play her midlane, and shield shredding was a cool mechanic, but I understand it was somewhat necessary in order to balance her. Overall, good job with the changes!

I'm just currently hoping you can give a rebalance like Irelia's to champions such as Akali and Aatrox, as both were gutted with not much information yet posted on what will be done with them. Rebalances like this will also be pretty nice on some kits that have high banrates due to too many mechanics and utility, such as Yasuo and Sylas (although fairly new so too early to tell), and some rebalancing done with kits that are very low winrate due to having to be gutted for pro play, and taking some power out of the parts that make them so good in pro/teamplay and putting it elsewhere in the kit. I'm just currently wondering what other kits would benefit from a rebalancing/mini-reworks such as the one Irelia went through, and would like to hear potential candidates for such rebalancing.
