2 Huge problems for the Silver/Gold division communities

Riot I know you guys dont give 2 shits about the amount of crying the community does about certain champs/items/monsters but when I play 3 games of support in ranked and win all 3, only to lose my next 2 and then to be FURTHER away from my promos then i was previously before winning my 3 games in a row is so stupid beyond any logic. Your system of rewarding LP to supports is obviously still not balanced even though you've announced before that you did change it. CHANGE IT FOR REAL THIS TIME, so much money but no actual work on the numbers behind the scenes, just more skins and summoner icons.

2nd: The fact that people leave games in ranked for more than 10 mins at a time when they rage/dc is so stupid to punish the whole team. I know for a fact that 4v5s are a possibility but im talking silver/gold here. People need to stop playing by their emotions and just mute anyone they're having their drama with. Loss preventions should be given to teams that lose a teammates for more than 9-10 mins. So much can happen in that short amount of time and i so sick of going up and down in the ladders from both of these reasons. You arent going to do anything about it, i know for a fact, but this shit has been happening so much lately that it actually made me wanna post something just cause i know others are going through the same pain. I'm so sorry that this game is treating you guys unfairly.

P.S. To those who always say "you are where you belong". Anyone who thinks there arent people stuck in low elos due to toxic teammates and unfair LP gains/losses are just..... i have no words for you idiots.
